ESOL Endorsement for Teachers
At NEI, we are committed to providing high-quality professional development at reasonable costs. All courses are developed in-house to ensure the content is timely, attainable, and robust. NEI’s 10 week 3 college credit courses include videos, charts, images, case studies, and journal articles to support and work around the schedule of today’s educators. NEI’s highly qualified facilitators provide support throughout the courses.
Our Courses fall into three categories
Category 1
Teachers of Language Arts, Reading, and ESE K-12 Elementary are required to earn the ESOL Endorsement. Five course, 15 college credits.
Category 2
Teachers of Mathematics, Science, Social Studies, Computer Literacy, and VE Support need to complete 2 college credits.
Category 3
All other teachers and service providers need to complete 18 hours of ESOL in-service training.
